Products and services ordered from Culligan Ventura, including returned bottle deposits and incorrect products can be returned within — 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases, by contacting our office at (805) 819-5576. Customers with overpayments, credit balances, auto pay errors or payment location errors are required to contact Culligan of Ventura at (805) 819-5576.
